How to Use Nano-Ojas Sprays
There are three different protocols for each Nano-Ojas spray:
Maintenance
Regular daily dosing
Sensitive
Lower daily dosing, working up to maintenance

How to use: take six sprays a day by mouth, with or without drink or food. Can spray in a small amount of water or juice and consume if taste is a barrier.
Dosing:
- Maintenance: six sprays per day give or take based on your tolerance
- Sensitive: one to two sprays per day to start, working up to maintenance dose
- Loading: 12-18 sprays per day for acute issues, working down to maintenance dose
For children: start with one to three sprays per day, work up to maintenance dosing. If well tolerated, can increase as needed to help manage acute health crises. Spray in beverage if cannot administer orally, in an amount they would reliably drink. If not consuming food or beverage or if the spray is alarming, can use a dropper to administer.

Dosing:
- Maintenance: spray in each nostril twice per day give or take based on tolerance
- Sensitive: spray in each nostril once per day
- Loading: spray in each nostril three times per day and as needed
