How do I view my account or log in?

How long does it take to get my order?
Domestic Standard Shipping | 5-10 Day Delivery
Domestic Priority Mail Shipping | 1-3 Day Delivery
USPS International Priority Mail Shipping | Estimated 6-10 days to arrive at your country's customs for clearance. Packages are then sent to the local postal courier for final delivery. International packages take between 21-35 days to complete full transit.
Please be aware that delivery times are estimates and packages may take longer to arrive as carriers work to deliver around delays due to Covid-19. If you need your order by a certain date, please consider USPS Priority mail service for domestic orders.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a link with your tracking number.
What is your return policy?
Unopened and unused products with the safety seal intact purchased from www.nanoojas.net may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. The cost of return shipping is not included in the eligible refund amount. Please make sure to pack your return carefully. Nano-Ojas is not responsible for damaged or lost returns in transit. The refund process may take between 7-10 business days to be reviewed once the package arrives at our facility. International orders and promotional purchases are excluded from returns. Do you ship internationally?
We ship to select countries displayed under the "Country" drop down in our shopping cart. If you're an international customer and do not see your country listed, please contact us at email@example.com and we'd be happy to assist you.
What is your international shipping policy?
We ship all international orders via USPS Priority Mail International. Delivery takes an estimated 10 days to arrive at your country's customs and doesn’t include local postal delivery time. While we make every effort to adhere to international import policies, it is ultimately the buyer’s responsibility to check your country's import policies before ordering. Please note that some countries may prohibit the importation of more than a 90-day supply of some dietary supplements in a single order. Orders that are seized by your local customs cannot be refunded. Nano-Ojas assumes no liability and is not responsible for taxes, customs fees, damage, or loss to product once out of the United States. We cannot accept returns on international orders.

How do I leave a review about my experience using your products?
After purchasing Nano-Ojas, you will receive an email invitation containing a link to submit a review. You can also go to the “write a review” button at the bottom of each product page and submit a review from there. Need help? How do I access the Nano Rewards referral program?
To begin earning Nano Rewards, head over to https://www.nanoojas.net/shop-sprays/account and create or sign in to your Nano-Ojas account.
Once you're logged in, scroll down and hit the blue Nano Rewards button at the bottom. IMPORTANT: Click the OK button to accept Nano Rewards emails from us!
Send friends their $15 coupon code one of two ways:
Click the envelope icon and enter your friends' email addresses and we'll send them an email with their link to buy, or
Copy the custom link provided and directly email it to your friends. Note: new customers must follow that link to get their code and make a purchase in order to credit your account with a referral reward.
The menu icon (top right of that page) contains your account and rewards information. Select 'view rewards and claims' to see earnings from your referrals
What is Nano Rewards?
Nano Rewards is a referral program that incentivizes you for sharing Nano-Ojas with friends. Extend a $15 code to new customers, earn $15 when they purchase on our site. Cannot earn rewards by referring existing customers. Good for one-time use per new referral order. Cannot be stacked or combined with any other offer. Not valid on previous purchases, and are not redeemable for cash. Value forfeited if item is returned. Offer is not replaceable if lost or altered and is non-transferable.
